Our well-trained project managers act as a single point of contact for the customers. Their main responsibility is to ensure that each project is completed on time, without failure to meet the quality assurance standards at all stages. Utilizing the specifically designed database system, our project managers can view the progress of each project and submit up-to-date status reports to the customers. Moreover, records of the previous projects provide the project managers with some useful information such as customers' specific terminology, requirements and limitations, as well as translators' qualifications and performance. We selectively assign appropriate in-house or contract translators to each job, based on their subject-matter expertise and experience. All translators we employ are native speakers with proven translation skills and experience in the relevant field. The translators working on each project will receive feedback on their performance, enabling them to get improved. All of our in-house translators are skilled users of computer CAT tools, especially Trados. Our in-house editors are professional linguists with at least five years of translation experience. They carefully refine the translated text to ensure the highest quality of the translation. In a large volume project, which requires several translators to work on disparate parts, the designated editor is responsible for assuring the consistency of terminology and style. Our meticulous proofreaders thoroughly check for spelling and grammatical errors, as well as numerical data mismatches to ensure that the final product is flawless. Our experienced DTP specialists are capable of working with a wide array of applications on both PC and Macintosh platforms, including major layout programs like FrameMaker, QuarkXPress and PageMaker. |
